Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Because our prints are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.
If you receive a damaged print, please contact us at support@holographicphotography369.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
Courses and one-on-one sessions are non-refundable.
We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your project and answer any questions.
Once you decide to move forward with a session, whether it’s automotive, real estate, or another photography service a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied to your total session cost.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session without losing your deposit. Cancellations made after that window or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Late or missing items
We partner with a trusted print lab to produce and ship your custom prints. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide a delivery estimate. If your package is delayed or doesn’t arrive, just reach out to us with your order number. We’ll track it down and, if it’s lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. We want you to feel confident that your artwork will reach you safely.
Shipping returns
If your print arrives damaged or you didn’t recieve it just let us know within 10 days. We’ll ask for a few photos, then work with our print provider to sort it out and get things moving. We’ll keep you updated on the next steps, so you know exactly how it’s being handled.
